Damaged or Defective Merchandise – 15 Days
If your order arrives broken, leaking, or not in the condition it should be, we’re truly sorry. Please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order.
We'll work with you to get a replacement sent out immediately or issue a full refund whatever feels right to you. In most cases, we may request a photo of the damage to help us improve our shipping process and prevent future issues.
Product Didn’t Work Out? – 90 Days
We put everything we’ve got into our formulas, but we also know every customer’s needs are unique. If our product simply wasn’t the right fit for your operation, you have up to 90 days to send it back. As long as the product is in its original condition, we’ll issue a full or partial refund depending on usage and return condition.
